Our Mission
PTL’s mission is to empower Latinx TLGBQIA+ migrants through advocacy, community building and empowerment events, HIV/STI prevention and care, and social services to improve language justice and the mental, emotional, & physical health of TLGBQIA+ Latinx migrants throughout San Diego..
Our Vision
Our vision is to nurture a wold where TLGBQIA+ migrants have the autonomy to decide what they want to do with their lives, including where they want to move and/or stay, what they want to develop and study, and how they want to express themselves. This vision requires that we dismantle systems of oppression such as: borders, binaries, white supremacy, and prisons!
