Our Mission
Nuestra misión es promover el empoderamiento, la seguridad, la dignidad y la liberación de la comunidad LGBTQ+ Latinx mediante la ayuda mutua radical, la defensa integral y el apoyo culturalmente afirmativo. Nos comprometemos a derribar las barreras sistémicas, a la vez que fomentamos el empoderamiento comunitario mediante la educación, la expresión artística y la defensa social.
Our mission is to promote the empowerment, safety, dignity, and liberation of the LGBTQ+ Latinx community through radical mutual aid, comprehensive advocacy, and culturally affirming support. We are committed to dismantling systemic barriers while fostering community empowerment through education, artistic expression and advocacy.
Our Vision
Nuestra visión es construir una sociedad donde las personas migrantes TLGBQIA+ tengan acceso a oportunidades que fomenten su crecimiento autónomo y su pleno desarrollo. Buscamos preparar a cada individuo para enfrentar y superar las barreras estructurales y opresivas que afectan a nuestras comunidades. A través de la educación, el empoderamiento y el desarrollo de habilidades técnicas, promovemos la equidad, fortalecemos el liderazgo comunitario y contribuimos a erradicar los estigmas que históricamente han limitado a nuestros colectivos.
Our vision is to build a society where TLGBQIA+ migrants have access to opportunities that support their autonomous growth and full potential. We strive to prepare individuals to confront and overcome the structural and oppressive barriers that continue to impact our communities. Through education, empowerment, and the development of technical skills, we promote equity, strengthen community leadership, and work toward eliminating the stigmas that have historically limited our communities.
